Returns and Cancellations Policy

All prints for sale in the online store are custom orders and cannot be returned or canceled, by consumer protection laws. However, if the product arrives damaged or the packaging is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

1. Document the damage with several photos, and optionally a video.
2. Send the documentation to our email: saritrotmanart@gmail.com.
3. We will contact you promptly to address the issue and replace the damaged product or issue a refund.

Returns
In cases of products that are not custom orders, including purchasing original artworks coordinated directly with the artist, the artwork can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original condition. Upon receiving the original artwork, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval of the return. We will credit your credit card or original payment method if the return is approved.

Shipping
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The prices on the website include shipping fees but do not include direct taxes from the shop owner. However, all orders are subject to local import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
