Returns Policy for SaritRotman.com

Returns and Cancellations Policy

All prints sold are custom orders and cannot be returned or canceled per consumer protection laws. If the product or packaging arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos (and optionally a video) of the damage.
  2. Email the documentation to: saritrotmanart@gmail.com.
  3. We will resolve the issue promptly, replacing the product or issuing a refund.

Returns for Original Artworks

Original artworks purchased directly from the artist can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition.

Shipping and Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Website prices include shipping fees but exclude local import duties and taxes.
